This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Enzonic Fi platform and all associated eSIM services provided by Enzonic LLC.
1. Permitted Use
- Purchase eSIM data plans for personal or business travel use.
- Manage and monitor your active eSIM plans.
- Access our API for legitimate integration purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Use eSIM plans for illegal activities of any kind.
- Resell eSIM plans without written authorization from Enzonic LLC.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with platform security features.
- Use the service for spamming, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose.
- Abuse the API with excessive automated requests that degrade service quality.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
3. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
