Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enzonic Fi platform, operated by Enzonic LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this service.
2. Services
Enzonic Fi provides a marketplace for purchasing eSIM data plans from third-party telecommunications providers. We act as a reseller and are not responsible for the quality of network coverage provided by third-party carriers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@enzonic.com.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final unless described otherwise in our Refund Policy.
5. eSIM Activation
eSIM plans are delivered digitally and activated via QR code. Once an eSIM has been scanned and installed on a device, it is considered activated and non-refundable unless the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical defect on our part.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enzonic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
