- Purchase information: eSIM order details, payment method (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
- Usage data: eSIM activation status, data consumption, and device identifiers (ICCID).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and page interaction data via standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your eSIM orders.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, activation codes).
- To provide customer support.
- To improve our platform and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We share information with third parties only as necessary to provide the service:
- Clerk: Authentication and identity management.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
- esimaccess.com: eSIM order fulfillment.
- Supabase: Database storage, hosted in the USA.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by emailing admin@enzonic.com.
5. Your Rights

6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on our database, and third-party identity management via Clerk.
