Refund Policy

Enzonic LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for eSIM purchases made on the Enzonic Fi platform.
1. General Policy
Because eSIM plans are digital products delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The eSIM failed to activate despite following installation instructions correctly.
- The QR code was never scanned and the eSIM was never installed.
- A technical error on our part resulted in duplicate charges.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- eSIMs that have been successfully activated and installed on a device.
- Data that has been partially or fully consumed.
- Plans where the validity period has begun.
- User error (e.g., purchasing the wrong country plan).
- Incompatibility with a device that does not support eSIM.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@enzonic.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
